The
Soko Fund is pleased to administer a number of special awards that have been established in honour or commemoration of individuals
by friends and family members.
The Soko Fund is now receiving money in memory of a number
of individuals. These donations contribute to Soko Scholarships. The people in whose memory donations have
been made are listed below:
Special awards can take the form of named scholarships
equivalent to a Soko Scholarship, additional benefits for Soko Scholarship winners, or awards for special achievements. Special
conditions reflecting the interests of the donors can be attached provided that they are in accordance with the general aims
of the Soko Fund. Special awards administered through the Soko Fund need not be in perpetutity. One-off awards and awards
lasting just a few years are both welcome. The Secretary to the Soko Fund -- admin@sokofund.org -- will be delighted to receive inquiries and proposals for further special awards, and to give assistance in setting them
up.
